This policy explains what Avenor Park — a project of Zone Infracon Pvt Ltd, registered under MahaRERA P51800000340 — collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It applies to avenorpark.com and to any enquiry you send us through it.

Data Collection & Use

When you voluntarily send us electronic mail or fill up the form, we will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you. We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. In case you have submitted your personal information and contact details, we reserve the rights to Call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp about our products and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it.

We use what you give us for a short list of things:

To answer your enquiry, share pricing, floor plans and availability, and arrange a site visit.
To send updates about construction progress, launches and offers at this project.
To meet our record-keeping obligations under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and other applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to build advertising profiles about you on other platforms.

Analytics and Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. That tool sets cookies and records a truncated IP address, the pages you view and roughly where in the world you are. It is used in aggregate; we do not try to identify individual visitors from it. You can block these cookies in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on without losing access to any part of this site.

Data Sharing with Third Parties

Your enquiry is shared only with the people who need it to answer you:

Our sales team and authorised channel partners, who call you back and conduct site visits.
The developers of the project, Vanraaj Realty and Kean Realty, where a booking or allotment is involved.
Service providers who run our tools — principally Google (Workspace, Analytics), which stores enquiry records and website statistics on our behalf.
Our AI assistant provider, OpenAI, which processes the messages you type into the chat window so it can answer them. See the section below.
Government authorities, where we are legally required to disclose, including MahaRERA.

We do not sell, trade or rent your contact details to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

The Chat Assistant

The chat window on this website is answered partly by an automated assistant. Common questions are answered directly by this website with no information leaving your browser. Anything else is sent to our sales platform, which uses OpenAI to generate a reply. Those messages are processed outside India.

Please do not type sensitive personal information into the chat. If you choose to share your name and phone number so that we can call you back, they are stored in the same enquiry records described above and used only to contact you about this project. We do not keep a copy of the rest of the conversation once it ends. The assistant is not a person, will tell you so if you ask, and can put you through to our sales team at any point.

User Consent

By submitting the enquiry form and ticking the authorisation box, you consent to be contacted by Avenor Park and its representatives via Email, SMS, WhatsApp and telephone about this project. This consent overrides any DND or NDNC registration on your number. Consent is given by you actively ticking the box — the form cannot be submitted without it — and you can withdraw it at any time using the methods below.

Opt-Out/Unsubscribe Mechanism

You can withdraw consent and ask us to stop contacting you at any time. There is no cost and no need to give a reason:

Reply STOP to any WhatsApp or SMS message from us.
Email privacy@avenorpark.com asking to be removed.
Call +91 88288 30001, Monday to Sunday, 9 AM – 7 PM.

We action opt-out requests within 7 working days. After that we keep only the minimum record needed to make sure we do not contact you again.

Data Retention & Security

Enquiry records are kept for up to three years from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted. Where a booking is made, records are kept for as long as required under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and tax law.

Your data is held in access-controlled Google Workspace accounts, restricted to the sales staff who need it. This website is served over HTTPS only, so anything you type into the form is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we will tell affected users without undue delay if a breach materially affects their personal data.

Your Rights

You may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Write to privacy@avenorpark.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may escalate to the grievance officer named below.

Compliance with Legal Obligations

We process personal data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and TRAI's regulations on commercial communication. Marketing of this project complies with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016; the project is registered with MahaRERA under P51800000340, verifiable at maharera.mahaonline.gov.in.

We may update this policy as the project or the law changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes to how we use your data will be notified to you at the contact details we hold.
