These terms govern your use of avenorpark.com, operated by Zone Infracon Pvt Ltd for the Avenor Park project at Kurla West, Mumbai, registered under MahaRERA P51800000340. By using this site or submitting an enquiry, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Nature of the Information on This Site

This website is for general information about the project. Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract. Images, elevations, floor plans, dimensions, amenity lists and surrounding-area references are indicative and subject to approval by the competent authorities. Furniture, fittings, landscaping and props shown in renders are for illustration and are not part of any standard offering unless stated in writing in the agreement for sale.

Distances and travel times quoted for BKC, the airport, railway stations, schools and hospitals are approximate, sourced from public mapping services, and vary with traffic and route. Infrastructure described as upcoming — metro lines, the bullet train terminal, pod taxis, link roads — is planned and delivered by public authorities. Their timelines are set by those authorities, not by the developer, and no commitment is made about them.

Any purchase decision must be based solely on the registered agreement for sale and the documents published on the MahaRERA portal, not on this website.

Communication Clause

When you submit the enquiry form and tick the authorisation box, you expressly authorise Avenor Park (Zone Infracon Pvt Ltd) and its representatives, sales staff and authorised channel partners to contact you with updates and notifications via Email, SMS, WhatsApp and telephone. This authorisation overrides any DND or NDNC registration on your number, and it remains in force until you withdraw it.

You can withdraw it at any time — reply STOP to any message, email privacy@avenorpark.com, or call +91 88288 30001. Requests are actioned within 7 working days. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

Give accurate contact details. Submitting someone else's number without their permission is not permitted.
Use the site for genuine enquiries only — not to scrape it, overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or submit automated or bulk enquiries.
Do not reproduce, republish or use the site's images, plans, text or branding for any commercial purpose without written permission.
You are responsible for verifying every material fact independently, including the project's MahaRERA registration and approvals, before committing to a purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, photographs, renders, floor plans, logos and the Avenor Park name — belongs to Zone Infracon Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written consent.

Third-Party Links

This site links to external services such as Google Maps and the MahaRERA portal. Those sites are outside our control; we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. Complaints specific to the project's registration or delivery may also be raised directly with MahaRERA at maharera.mahaonline.gov.in.

Limitation of Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail is current at the moment you read it. To the extent permitted by law, Zone Infracon Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, without prejudice to any remedy available before MahaRERA or a consumer forum.

Updates to the Policy

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
